1Acceptance of Terms

Use of the wim888 platform — including browsing, registration, deposits, betting, participation in promotions, and use of support — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

2Eligibility

To create and use an account at wim888, you must:

• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;

• Not be an employee, contractor, immediate family member, or business partner of wim888;
• Is not subject to voluntary self-exclusion or any suspension imposed by the platform.

3Registration & Account

Each user may hold only one account at wim888, linked to their CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, IP address, device, banking details, or any combination of information that identifies the same individual — is strictly prohibited and subject to the penalties described in the Prohibited Conduct section.

During registration, you provide basic identification details. To unlock withdrawals, participate in promotions, and access full account limits, you must complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), which includes:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Selfie holding the document, or selfie for facial recognition;
• Proof of address in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days;
• For large amounts, proof of income or a tax return may be requested.

4Deposits

All funds deposited at wim888 must be from a lawful source and belong exclusively to the account holder. Using a wim888 account as a payment processing tool on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at wim888 are available for real balance only — meaning funds from deposits and confirmed winnings, with no active bonus pending rollover. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00.

The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF as the wim888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, including family members, are not permitted and will be automatically rejected. wim888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00.

The average processing time for withdrawals via Pix from real balance is approximately 5 minutes. During peak demand or scheduled maintenance, this may extend to up to 24 hours. TED withdrawals follow the banking calendar and are processed on business days.

• Maximum withdrawal via Pix per transaction: R$ 50,000.00
• Maximum number of withdrawals per day: 3 (under normal conditions)

6Bonuses & Promotions

Wim888 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reloads, cashback, free spins, tournaments, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms that must be read before participating. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all wim888 bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per account — verified by CPF and IP address/device;
• Bonuses are valid only for the account holder to whom they were credited;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms;
• Bets placed on Sports Betting markets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the rollover;
• Default bonus validity period: 7 calendar days from the date of credit;
• Bonuses not redeemed within the specified period are automatically cancelled without notice;
• Wim888 may cancel bonuses if any signs of abuse or fraud are detected.

Bonus abuse practices include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets across different accounts to meet rollover requirements without real risk (bonus hedging), and using automated software to complete rollover requirements. Any of these practices will result in immediate bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7Betting and Games

Wim888 offers Sports Betting (including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, UFC/MMA, and e-sports such as CBLOL), live betting with real-time odds, casino slots, crash games, jackpots, and Live Casino with dealers. All game types are subject to specific rules available on the platform.

General betting rules at wim888:

• Bets are confirmed only after the confirmation message is displayed on screen;
• Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except where the market allows Cash Out;
• Wim888 may void bets in the event of a clear technical error or incorrectly published odds;
• If a sporting event is canceled, single bets are refunded; in accumulators, the canceled selection is treated as a push (odd 1.00);
• Casino game results determined by a certified RNG are final and cannot be disputed;
• Wim888 may limit the maximum bet amount on specific markets without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or collusion with platform staff;

9Account Closure

You can request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or email. Before closure, any pending real-money balance withdrawals are processed as normal. Bonus balances with incomplete rollover are canceled.

Wim888 may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering;
• Failure to pass identity verification or refusal to provide requested documents;
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Requirement by a competent authority or court order;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 months with no balance.
